Peter Gelzhinsky is the founder and owner of Star Dance School. He has been a professional ballroom dancer and teacher for nearly fifteen years. Throughout his career he has trained with world-renowned coaches such as Vibeke Toft, Allen Tornsberg, Shirley Ballas, Eugene Katsevman, and Valentin Chmerkovskiy. Peter regularly competes at the highest-level competitions across the United States and abroad. Peter believes that dance can be a creative outlet for everyone from toddlers to adults, social dancers to high-level competitors.

Katerina Stolyarenko spent her childhood and young adult years training and working in Ukraine, Russia, and Slovenia. Talented and hardworking, Katerina quickly became a high level ballroom and latin dancer, national Ukrainian, Russian, and European champion, and won many major international ballroom dance competitions. Katerina opened her own dance studio in Kharkiv, Ukraine, Crystal Ballroom Dance Sport Club, in 2004. Her Ukrainian studens were nationally and internationally recognized for their skills, and became Ukranian national champions, and finalists of high-class international competitions including Blackpool, Internationals, the UK Open, the Disney Cup, and many more. Katerina is an international judge WDC, and IDSA, and judged numerous international ballroom dance championships. Katerina moved from Ukraine and has been teaching Latin, Standard, and Hip Hop dancing at Star Dance School since 2015.
